Dr. Ashley Kowalski, HBSC Naturopathic Doctor
Ashley has several areas of interest in practice, including: anti-aging, fatigue, headaches/migraines, digestive complaints/food sensitivities, women’s health, and thyroid issues.
Ashley Kowalski is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor helping people achieve happy, healthy digestion. She wants to help you get answers and return to living an enjoyable life. Labels and medications do not “fix” things.
She enjoys being able to take the time to get to know you as a unique individual during the initial assessment and onward. Ashley loves being able to run a variety of tests that are not typically offered by conventional medicine, pinpointing/addressing the cause of your health concerns, and being that person you can confide in and have access to for questions/concerns.
“Hearing positive results from treatment protocols is very satisfactory for both you and myself! We are in this together! I am determined to help you.”
Ashley is a member in good standing with both the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND).
